Back from Hong Kong! :D It was a blast. I love love loveeeeee HK! <3>

Day 1: Ladies' Market

We took a morning flight to Hong Kong at 8.30. Stupid plane was delayed for like one and a half hours? Oh and there was a really really cute air steward. :D But the whole journey was really uncomfortable cause there was a lot of turbulence. Anyway, watched The Holiday on board, quite a nice movie. :D
After reaching Hong Kong, we went to check into The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers. Stayed there before the last time we went in 2005. The hotel was pretty good and the beds were so comfy! Man, I miss the bed so much. ): There's a shopping mall right below too, with good food but not as good shopping. Oh well. And the street the hotel was at was filled with all those branded stuff. Like Prada, Gucci, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, LV etc.

Well anyway, the hotel room.
Oh and we had a sea view too! Although isn't really nice lah, but yeah. The window's dirty, that's why it's a bit yellow. LOL.
After that, we had late lunch and then we went to Ladies' Market for shopping! :D Hahaha omg, shopping was great and I bought loads of stuff and spent more than half of the money mummy gave me.
Yep, shopped till around 8? Then went back to the hotel and had Macs for supper!
Day 2 : Ocean Park, The Peak
Woke up at 8 and set off to Ocean Park after breakfast.
Took a ferry, then a bus. We had to take another bus to Ocean Park instead of the one that goes to Ocean Park by shorter route cause the bus only operates till 10.55 am. And You Jing didn't wake up till like 9+. And after all the washing up and eating it was over 10.55 already.
You Jing sleeping.
We passed by the Clock Tower on the way to the harbour!
There were pandas made of beads (?) to commerate each year since Hong Kong became part of China.
The ferry.
On the bus to Ocean Park!
Ocean Park has cute entrance tickets! :D
The cable car!
Beautiful view! :D
Super cute turtles!
Those angel-like fishes were really pretty! And they really really look like angels.
Sharks! Oh and the one below is not dead, it' just sleeping. LOL.
Ferris Wheel!
Daddy & You Jing go kart-ing. Daddy's lousy! He was always the last one. hahahah.
On the hot air balloon! :D
Mummy on the cable car back.
Ocean Park was fun, we didn't get to go on a lot of the rides though and we didn't get to watch the dolphin show cause You Jing was complaining a lot about the heat and so daddy and him went back to the hotel while mummy and I went to The Peak! :D Daddy wanted to go too but obviously someone had to take care of You Jing.
The Peak in the late afternoon and at night. The view was beautifulll! :D We even caught the sunset!
After that, we went to Madame Tussauds Wax Musuem. OMG, it was damnnnn cool lah. Too bad there wasn't Edison Chen, or I dunno how many pictures I would'e taken with him. There are too many pictures to post so I just randomly chose two. The Beatles and Jay Chou.
Took so many pictures that the camera battery died on me halfway. Urgh, irritating.
The tram we took back from The Peak.
Then we went back to the hotel and had Macs for dinner with daddy and You Jing.
Day 3 : Sham Shui Po, Temple Street
Woke up at about 9 and went to Sham Shui Po after lunch. We heard from mummy's colleague that Sham Shui Po had a street that does wholesale for clothes and sometimes you can get god bargains. Yep. Went to Apilu Street first, you know the street that was filmed for this cantonese drama aired on channel 8 quite a while ago. You Jing got a second hand Motorola V3 and I got a fake ipod. Yes, I had no idea they had fake ipods. -.- It's an MP4 and the quality is still not bad. Hadn't had a chance to load songs and stuff into it yet though.
Went for lunch after walking for who knows how long. :D Had nice dim sum and shopped around the shopping centre, bought a bag. We didn't get to go to the wholesale place cause we were lazy to walk there. hahahahah. Took the MTR and went straight to Temple Street.
It was still early and lots of shops weren't open so daddy and You Jing went back to the hotel while mummy and I ate ate at this dessert shop. :D Damn good lah, the dessert, lots of mango! LOL.
:D Walked around Temple Street and saw like 6 sex shops there. -.- LOL. Didn't buy anything from there. Shopped till like 8, then walked back to the hotel. Reached the hotel at 9+ and had late dinner at Macs.
Oh and in the morning, there was a lift hold up and this guest was so angry that he scolded the hotel staff and manager. So they gave everyone a fruit basket and wine. OMG, must thank that guest lah! :D
Day 4 : Harbour Centre
Last day in Hong Kong ): Shopped at Harbour Centre, a 10min walk from the hotel. Didn't buy anything there cause everything was branded.
You Jing and Mummy, he was forced to take a picture. LOL.
When we were walking back, I saw Zara and Mango having a sale. Too bad we didn't have time to go inside. Had dimsum lunch.
The restaurant had pretty chandeliers! :D
You Jing playing with his new phone.
Went to the airport after lunch.
The taxi driver was on call and he picked up the wrong customer. Apparently, they have like gangs in Hong Kong, so he had to be punished. Dont understand why he had to be punished though. And cabs in Hong Kong cost damn much. The limo to the hotel on the first day cost 500HK, which is about 100sg. And the cab to the airport cost around 300HK, about 60sg.
In the airport.
The flight back was pretty smooth and I watched 50 First Dates and half an hour of Night at the Museum. Both were nice movies! :D
And that was it. Back in Singapore at 10. Pretty sad lah, the holiday was short. I wish that I was still in Hong Kong with mummy although she won't be able to accompany me since she's working. Ah damn, I miss Hong Kong! ):
And school's starting tomorrow too. )): That's double the sadness. I'm gonna be really moody this week, cause, you know, who would want school to start? I would miss the sleeping in till 10, the playing comp whole day, the days out with friends. I would miss everything about holidays really, except those days where I need to go for AVA. What to expect when school reopens? Samat's torturing PE lessons, waking up early everyday, mass runs, AVA, stupid/gay/annoying teachers, homework, homework and more homework. And guess what, there's about... 4 months more to go to the end-of-year holidays. Excluding the holidays like Youth day, National Day, September holidays and stuff of course. 4 months seems so far away...
